⚠️ Mental warnings are non-transferable between supervisors and reset daily. Do not log them anywhere.
ℹ️ General Notes

Strikes and warnings reset every shift (Sunday 11:59 GMT). All infractions are logged — we forgive but do not forget. In most cases, employees receive a formal warning before a strike is issued. Post-warning strikes for the same offence are additive. Harassment-related strikes are handled case-by-case.

Rules & Sanctions

All four sections — AFK, Sales, Decorum, and Law Enforcement.

💤 Section 1 — AFK & Idle
Offences related to being AFK, idle, or using automation while on duty.
1. Idling on Duty / Failing AFK Check
Escalating
Employees must not be visibly idle while on duty. Being caught by the same supervisor three consecutive times, or missing a room/missed-sale AFK check, is a violation.

💲 Section 2 — Sales
Offences related to improper sales conduct.
1. Unauthorised Offering

Employees may only offer a sale when explicitly requested by a customer.

If a customer addresses a specific co-worker or is at their service point, that sale belongs to that employee unless consent is granted.

Employees may not complete a transaction to themselves unless no other workers are present. Browsing via an offer is fine; finalising the transaction is not.

👮 Section 4 — Law Enforcement
Committing crimes on duty carries escalated sanctions. Refer to AnubisRP Discord for the full pyramid crime scale.

⚠️ Processing — Assistant Manager Only

Dismissals are processed by Assistant Managers during shift reset. Log all dismissals in the appropriate Discord channel and spreadsheet. Any employee circumventing their dismissal via the Job Center must be reported immediately for blacklisting.

⚠️ Blacklist durations are cumulative — each bypass attempt results in a longer period.

ℹ️ Logging Sequence

Log entries in the Discord channel and the spreadsheet for every event. Order is flexible, but both must be completed. Formatting does not need to match exactly — as long as information is clearly communicated.

Staff Conduct

Code of conduct for all management personnel.

📜 Management Code of Conduct
1. Confidentiality
Do not share or disclose any content from management Discord channels with individuals outside the management team.
2. Professional Conduct
Treat all team members with respect. If a dispute arises, contact the relevant manager for a constructive resolution rather than engaging in conflict.
3. Representation
Avoid unnecessary arguments. Your conduct reflects on the corporation at all times — act accordingly.
4. Impartiality
All employees must be treated fairly and equally regardless of personal relationships. Bias in enforcement will not be tolerated.
5. Lead by Example
Management must follow the same rules they enforce. Your position does not grant exemption — infractions will be handled accordingly.
6. Account Security
Do not share your account while holding your position. Account sharing may lead to command abuse and will be treated as a serious violation.
7. In-Game Rules Compliance
Adhere to all in-game rules at all times. Depending on the nature of any ban, you may be permanently ineligible to re-apply for a management role.
8. No Personal Use of the Staff Room
The staff room must not be used for personal gain, including AFK working.
